Understand rates & holdsThe first virtual card has no issuance fee. You must first deposit at least $100.00 in crypto value. The 1% top-up fee is deducted, so that minimum deposit credits $99.00 before any optional card purchases. The deposit becomes your spendable balance; it is not a card subscription.
Every top-up is at least $100.00, the first one and every one after it. Use the asset, network and amount shown on the deposit instruction screen.
The maximum is $100,000.00 per deposit request. This is a funding limit, not a recommendation to hold that amount.
No. CryptoCard deducts its top-up fee from the credited USD value. Your wallet or sending exchange may charge a separate network or withdrawal fee. Check the amount that will actually arrive before confirming.
CryptoCard does not offer bank transfers or crypto withdrawals. ATM availability and fees are not confirmed by this schedule; check with support before relying on cash access. Funds are used for card purchases. Merchant refunds return through the original card transaction; they are not a way to cash out the balance.
CryptoCard does not add a separate card-purchase fee. Your balance is in USD, so a purchase in another currency still involves a conversion rate. Merchant conversion, taxes, tips or a preauthorisation hold may increase the amount needed. See the guide to rates and holds abroad.
No. It estimates deposit and card costs only. Interest is variable, depends on the balance actually held and is not guaranteed. Read how balance interest works separately.
